Corus+Nano+Jaguar,Landrover +…+……=TATA, it has been said TATA to all of these .There is one strategic, aggressive, 71 year bachelor who is behind all these, this gentleman keeps tickling to the minutes of technology. Can role, ride as a co-pilot for combat aircraft F-16 to determine his courage and curiosity. Spends sleepless nights to put forward his steps. Ethical businessman says “PROMISE IS PROMISE” “BE INDIAN BUY INDIAN” with the release of Nano and Indica.Believes that TIME, TIDE AND TECHNOLOGY WAIT FOR NONE”.
2008 is a year that has lot of news to be hit on front page, Starting with the SENSEX, which definitely showed why it is marked as “BULL” it is, its wish to go up and down and you better be a specter. There were many reasons, and times the headlines were taken by this immense personality RATAN rather I would definitely call as RATNA a GEM of Indian industry in my view. Defining movements were release of NANO, deal with FORD for Jaguar, Landrover.Acquisition of Anglo-Dutch Corus was old story, for which TATA group definitely went with more aggressive approach of bidding. A lot of mixed comments and views were made for this bid. But he and his team were very much well aware of the fact. I think they were in parallel to enter in to LUXAY CAR market, by taking over Britain’s most famous names Jaguar and Land Rover from FORD for $2.3-billion deal. It was definitely a smart move because a lot of parts, and material for these vehicles is by TATA’s Corus Group, so was the acquisition.
AUTOEXPO 2008 at Delhi was completely rocked by TATA’s Nano, or moreover “peoples car” by launching it to cost one lakh!!! Which he had promised before five years. With his commitment with nano, thrown aside a lot of blown up critics and comments from aamadmi, analysts and from assembly. It was seen that he has overcome hurdles in regard with a PLANT, LAND, but was always in desire to make his dream come true. I think your eagle’s eye would have noticed that one side it is chaep, hardy, coutry trucks and cars and other side is luxury, look, branded and fashioned cars and trucks. It is like a cricket batsmen playing well with Indian flat pitch and scoring a century in bouncy Australian pitch. It is for sure that the values and brands of these will be definitely be retained by TATA.
I feel short of words and pages to praise this simple, well respected diplomatic gentleman. It feels, proud and great that he is one among us, a “INDIAN”. He is pearl, passion, and pioneer of this industry
. I shall cut it short now saying THANK YOU to one of my pinup industrialist and wish that “Let his thoughts vision and views extend and explore more of the world Industry"

RANDOM THOUGHTS
"When people dont gel well ,there's no need to dig the well"
"if the world's a stage,god -the director,and everyone of us are actors then who are the audiences?....so why act?
let us live life and not act to impress"
"whenever two people meet, they speak about the third person."
"for everyone of us there is always a someone else who is a sufferer..but we fail to realise that we are also someone else for others"
"when we fail even a small ant can be the reason,but when we succeed even an elephant in our way might go unnoticed"
Hakim Sanai story --No more nonsense! Lose yourself
My friend, everything existing
exists through him;
your own existence is a mere pretense.
No more nonsense! Lose yourself,
and the hell of your heart becomes a heaven.
Lose yourself, and anything can be accomplished.
Your selfishness is an untrained colt.
You are what you are:
hence your loves and hates;
you are what you are:
hence faith and unbelief.
Hope and fear drive fortune from your door;
lose yourself, and they will be no more.
At his door, what is the difference
between Moslem and Christian,
virtuous and guilty?
At his door all are seekers
and he the sought.
God is without cause:
why are you looking for causes?
The sun of truth rises unbidden,
and with it sets the moon of learning.
In this halt of just a week,
to be is not to be,
and to come is to go.
And does the sun exist
for the cock to crow at?
What is it to him
whether you are there or not?
Many have come, just like you,
to his door.
You won't find your way
in this street; if there is a way,
it is on your road of sighs.
All of you are far
from the road of devotion:
sometimes you are virtuous,
sometimes you are wicked:
so you hope for yourselves, fear for yourselves;
but when your mask of wisdom and folly
at last turns white, you will see
that hope and fear are one.
In His presence, silence is the gift of tongues
From Him forgiveness comes so fast,
it reaches us before repentance
has even taken shape on our lips.
He is your shepherd,
and you prefer the wolf;
he invites you to him,
and yet you stay unfed;
he gives you his protection,
yet you are sound asleep:
Oh, well done,
you senseless upstart fool!
He heals our nature from within,
kinder to us than we ourselves are.
A mother does not love her child
with half the love that he bestows.
You have broken faith,
yet still he keeps his faith with you:
he is truer to you
than you are to yourself,
He created your mental powers;
yet his knowledge is innocent
of the passage of thought.
He knows what is in your heart;
or he made your heart along with your clay;
but if you think that he knows
in the same way that you do,
then you are stuck like a donkey
in your own mud.

Hakim Sanai story -Silence is praise - have done with speech
A Ruby there is just a piece of stone:
and spiritual excellence the height of folly.Silence is praise - have done with speech;
your chatter will only bring you harm and sorrow -
have done!
Belief and unbelief
both have their origin
in your hypocryte's heart;
the way is long only
because you delay to start on it;
one single step
would bring you to him:
become a slave,
and you will become a king.
The dumb find tongues,
when the scent of life reaches them
from his soul
Listen truly - and don't be fooled -
this is not for fools:
all these different shades
become one color
in the jar of unity;
the rope becomes slender
when reduced to a single strand.
Your intellect is just hotchpotch
of guesswork and thought,
limping over the face of the earth;
wherever they are, he is not;
they are contained within his creation.
Man and his reason are just the latest
ripening plants in his garden.
Whatever you assert about his nature
you are bound to be out of your depth,
like a blind man trying to describe
the appearance of his mother.
While reason is still tracking down the secret,
you end your quest on the open field of love.
The path consists in neither words nor deeds:
only desolation can come from these,
and never any lasting edifice.
Sweetness and life are the words
of the man wo threads this path in silence;
when he speaks it is not from ignorance,
and when he is silent it is not from sloth.
Hakim Sanai story --If he gives you poison, deem it honey
For the wise man
evil and goodare both exceeding good.
No evil ever comes from God;
whenever you think to see
evil proceeding from him,
you were better to look on it
as good.
I'm afraid that on the way of faith,
you are like a squinter seeing double,
or a fool quarreling with the shape of a camel.
If he gives you poison, deem it honey;
and if he shows you anger, deem it mercy.
Be contented with your lot;
but if you have any complaints,
go and take them to the Cadi,
and obtain satisfaction from him.
That's how the fool's mind works!
Whatever befalls you, misfortune or fortune,
is unalloyed blessing;
the attendant evil
a fleeing shadow.
'Good' and 'evil' have no meaning
in the world of the Word:
they are names, coined
in the world of 'me' and 'you'.
Your life is just morsel in his mouth;
his feast is both wedding and a wake.
Why should darkness grieve the heart?
- for night is pregnant with new day.
You say you've unrolled the carpet of time,
step then beyond life itself and reason,
till you arrive at God's command.
You cannot see anything, being blind by night,
and by day one-eyed with your foolish wisdom!
Hakim Sanai story -He treasures you more than you do yourself
The pure man unites
two in one;the lover unites
three in one.
But I am frightened
lest your ignorance and stupidity
leave you stranded on the bridge.
He is the provider
of both faith and worldly goods;
he is none other
than the disposer of our lives.
He is no tyrant:
for everything he takes,
he gives back seventy-fold;
and if he closes one door
he opens ten others for you.
He treasures you more
than you do yourself.
Rise, have done with fairy tales;
leave your base passions,
and come to me.
You have to realize
that it is his guidance
that keeps you on the path
and not your own strength
Hakim Sanai story ----Leave this abode of birth and decay
He doesn't know his own self:
how should he know the self of another?
He knows only his hands and feet,
how should he know about God?
This is beyond the sage's grasp:
you must be a fool
if you think that you know it.
When you can expound on this,
you will know the pure essence of faith;
till then,
what have faith and you in common?
It is better to be silent
then to talk nonsense
like one of the learned;
faith is not woven
into every garment.
You were made for work:
a robe of honor awaits you.
How is it that you are satisfied
with mere rags?
How will you ever have riches
if you are idle sixty days a month?
Knowing what you know,
be serene also, like the mountain;
and do not be distressed by misfortune.
Knowledge without serenity is un unlit candle;
together they are honey-comb;
honey without wax is a noble thing;
wax without honey is only fit for burning.
Leave this abode
of birth and decay;
leave this pit,
and make for your destined home.
This heap of dust is mirage,
where fire seems like water.
He knows only his hands and feet,
how should he know about God?
This is beyond the sage's grasp:

if you think that you know it.

Hakim Sanai story---- Break free from your chains
We tried reasoning
our way to Him:
it did not work;
but the moment we gave up,
no obstacle remained.
He introduced himself to us
out of kindness: how else
could we have known him?
Reason took us as far as the door;
but it was his presence that let us in.
But how will you ever know him,
as long as you are unable
to know yourself?
Once one is one,
no more, no less:
error begins with duality;
unity knows no error.
The road your self must journey on
lies in polishing the heart.
It is not by rebellion and discord
that the heart's mirror is polished free
of the rust of hypocrisy and unbelief:
your mirror is polished by your certitude -
by the unalloyed purity of your faith.
Break free
from your chains you have forged about yourself;
for you will be free when you are free of clay.
The body is dark - the heart is shining bright;
the body is mere compost - the heart a blooming garden.
it did not work;
but the moment we gave up,
no obstacle remained.
He introduced himself to us
out of kindness: how else

Now, if you came with a flashlight and you flash it on these paintings here, you will see the paintings just the way they are. If you came with the projector, which also has light in it, and you turned it on; you don’t see the paintings. You will see something else, maybe Jackie Chan fighting. Quotes on Stillness
* The Self alone is real. All others are unreal. The mind and intellect do not remain apart from you. The Bible says, `Be still and know that I am God.' Stillness is the sole requisite for the realization of the Self as God. - Ramana Maharshi
* Meditation is the way to stop the very idea of time as flux. Meditation is a total stillness. Nothing moves. - Osho
* The western mind is obsessed by doing more and more
restless and constantly on the run
just cannot sit still into being
the grace that descends…just by being…still
being leads to being - Swami Rajneesh
* Meditation is emptying yourself of all content. When there is no thought moving inside you there is stillness; that stillness is meditation. Not even a ripple arises in the lake of your consciousness; that silent lake, absolutely still, that is meditation. - Osho
* The fool thinks peace comes
by controlling the mind.
He will never attain it.
The wise one knows Truth,
and is stillness itself. - Sage Astavakra
* Health, contentment and trust
Are your greatest possessions,
And freedom your greatest joy.
Look within.
Be still. - Buddha
* The moment you die consciously, in meditation, God is born -- because you disappear as an ego. Then what is left? A stillness, a tremendously potential stillness, a silence that is pregnant -- pregnant with the whole. When you disappear, boundaries disappear. You melt and merge with everybody else. - Osho
* Create a little bit of silence
stillness, slowly slowly peak the Stillness
raise it to the highest possible
when you peak, search
and you will understand what I am saying
it is a state of no mind
that you are in
that is what you are here to experience
as an energetic phenomena - Swami Rajneesh
* Praise That,
which is Bliss itself,
which is by nature stillness and light,
and which by Its knowing
reveals the world as a dream. - Astavakra Gita
* No matter how much sadhana you practise, you will not realize the goal as long as you have desire. But this also is true, that one can fealize the goal in a moment through the grace of God, through His kindness. Take the case of a room that has been dark a thousand years. If somebody suddenly brings a lamp into it, the room is lighted in an instant. - Ramana Maharshi
Quotes on Trust
* The faith of the disciple must always be securely grounded on his experience of the divinity of the Master. He must not be like a straw carried anywhere by the slightest breeze; he should be like a rock which remains unmoved in the severest of storms. - Meher Baba* Trust is a quality in you. A man of trust... it does not mean in what he trusts, but he trusts; that is his innocence. Even if he is cheated because of his trust, that does not matter, because trust is more valuable than any small thing that he has been cheated of. You can take everything from him, but you cannot take his trust. Trust is your inner growth, your consciousness at its peak. - Osho
* Trust God completely and he will solve all difficulties. Faithfully leave everything to him and he will see to everything. - Meher Baba
* The greater your trust, the greater guilt the person who deceives you will have. And there is a chance that this guilt will change that person -- he will have a change of heart. Trust is tremendously powerful. - Osho
* inner trust
inner trust settles being
and we are at home in our vast friendly universe
one drops this maddening rush
seeking relief from our inner emptiness
each individual has an inner being still
and silently waiting to be heard
learn to listen and trust your inner voice - Swami Rajneesh

Quotes on Grace
* Divine grace is essential for realization. It leads one to God realization. But such grace is vouchsafed only to him who is a true devotee or a yogi. It is given only to those who have striven hard and ceaselessly on the path towards freedom. - Ramana Maharshi
* Through gratefulness you attract grace. Gratefulness is the magnetic force that brings grace to you. - Osho
* Grace is all the time showering like the rain; one should do a little bit of spiritual practice just in order that one is able to grasp it. The little bit of power you have - employ that! Read the sacred texts, take his name, do chanting - as much as you have power to do, go on doing. After that, He is there to do all that is to be done. The stomach does not get filled if the morsel of food is only put into the mouth. - Ananandamayi Ma
- Ramakrishna
* The moment you are centered in your being, rooted in your being, you become full of grace, as if God has penetrated you. You are empty and God starts descending in you. He can descend only when you are not: your absence becomes his presence. God is not a person but a presence. And two swords cannot exist in one sheath: either you can exist, or God. You have to disappear, evaporate. Your absence is what sannyas is all about. - Osho
* Grace is not something that happens sometimes and does not happen other times; grace is always happening. It is the very nature of existence. The existence is grace-full. But sometimes you get it and sometimes you miss it. The rain is falling; sometimes you are showered, sometimes not. But the rain is continuously falling, So something has to be searched within you. Sometimes you are sheltered against it. Grace is the very nature of existence. And ego is the shelter. You protect yourself, even against grace. Unknowingly, you create defense measures around you, you create an armour. The grace is available but you become unavailable -- that's why rarely it seems to happen. - Osho
* Grace is only possible with a disciple who has gone through a long period of discipline, austerity, and spiritual practices. When a student has done these practices and followed the teacher's instructions with all faithfulness, truthfulness, and sincerity, then the subtlest obstacle is removed by the master. The experience of enlightenment comes from the sincere effort of both master and disciple. When you have done your duties skillfully and wholeheartedly, you reap the fruits gracefully. Grace dawns when action ends. Shaktipata is the grace of God transmitted through the master. - Swami Rama
Quotes on * Solitude
* Those who lead a householder's life should practise spiritual discipline; they should pray eagerly to God in solitude. God cannot be realized through scholarship. Who, indeed, can understand the things of the Spirit through reason? No, all should strive for devotion to the Lotus Feet of God. - Sri Ramakrishna
* All happiness that is dependent on others is bound to disappear sooner or later. It is temporary, it is momentary, it is illusory. Only that joy is yours which wells up within your own being. Hence Buddha says: DELIGHT IN MEDITATION, delight IN SOLITUDE. Aloneness is the joy of being just yourself. It is being joyous with yourself, it is enjoying your own company. There are very few people who enjoy their own company. And it is a very strange world: nobody enjoys his company and everybody wants others to enjoy his company! - Osho
* Whenever you have leisure, go into solitude for a day
or two. At that time don't have any relations with the outside world and don't hold any conversation with worldly people on worldly affairs. You must live either in solitude or in the company of holy men. - Ramakrishna
* Retire into solitude, analyse and see what those
things are which are cognized as mine; discard them all and
transcending them, look for the Real Self. - Tripura Rahasya Book
* Be authentically true to your own being. Listen only to yourself. Don't allow anybody to discipline you. Don't allow anybody to make a slave of you. Don't allow anybody to condition you. The priest and the politician -- avoid them, avoid the do-gooders. Remember that you have to be just yourself and nobody else. This anarchy, this chaotic freedom.... And don't be ambitious, because that is just mediocre. Just live your life as totally as possible. Don't try to make a mark on the history pages -- that is meaningless. And don't always be concerned with others. By and by learn how to be alone, enjoy solitude that's what meditation is all about. - Osho
Quotes on Silence
* All other knowledge are only petty and trivial knowledge; the experience of silence alone is the real and perfect knowledge. - Ramana Maharshi
* In his presence, silence is the gift of tongues. - Hakim Sanai
* Many words lead to exhaustion.
Better to hold fast to your centre. - Lao Tzu
* The nearer you approach to God, the less you reason and argue. When you attain Him, then all sounds—all reasoning and disputing—come to an end. Then you go into samadhi—sleep—, into communion with God in silence. - Sri Ramakrishna
* man seeks answers from afar
man has reached the moon reaching mars and distant planets
but has not even gone into the silence of his being - Swami Rajneesh
* External silence helps the inner silence and only in internal silence is Baba found, in profound inner silence. I am never silent. I speak eternally. The voice that is heard deep within the soul is my voice. - Meher Baba
* Sometimes a great teacher teaches his students through silence. The best and deepest of the teachings is not communicated through books, speech or actions, but through silence. That special teaching is understood only when you are silent. - Swami Rama
* Meditation will bring you a great silence -- because all rubbish knowledge is gone. Thoughts that are part of the knowledge are gone too... an immense silence, and you are surprised: This silence is the only music there is. All music is an effort to bring this silence somehow into manifestation. - Osho
* It is raining and you can hear the pattern of the drops. You can hear it with your ears, or you can hear it out of that deep silence. If you hear it with complete silence of the mind, then the beauty of it is such that cannot be put into words or onto canvas, because that beauty is something beyond self-expression. - Jiddu Krishnamurti
* Mind means words; self means silence. Mind is nothing but all the words that you have accumulated; silence is that which has always been with you, it is not an accumulation. That is the meaning of self. It is your intrinsic quality. On the background of silence you go on accumulating words, and the words in total are known as the mind. Silence is meditation. It is a question of changing the gestalt, shifting the attention from words into silence -- which is always there. - Osho
Quotes on Solitude
* Work performed with attachment is a shackle, whereas work performed with detachment does not affect the doer. One who works like this is, even while working, in solitude. - Ramana Maharshi

They talk about peace and they prepare for war. They never prepare for peace. They prepare for war and they never talk about war, they talk about peace. And when the time comes, they even war and fight for peace. They say it has to be done to save peace. But basically, the mind of the competitor is violent.
